Because many of our products are perishable, Entwined Kitchen is not responsible for food quality issues caused by significantly delayed pickup after the designated pickup time.
Orders that are not picked up may not be eligible for a refund.
Delivery Orders
Delivery availability may vary based on location, order size, scheduling, staffing, or third-party delivery services.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
Entwined Kitchen is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses, unavailable recipients, unsafe delivery conditions, traffic, weather, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Frozen Products
Frozen products should be stored, handled, thawed, and cooked according to the instructions provided.
Customers are responsible for proper storage and food handling after receiving frozen products.
Entwined Kitchen is not responsible for quality or food safety issues caused by improper storage, handling, thawing, refreezing, or preparation after the product has been delivered or picked up.
Food Allergies and Dietary Restrictions
Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including but not limited to wheat, gluten, dairy, eggs, soy, nuts, peanuts, sesame, or other ingredients.
Our kitchen may handle multiple ingredients in shared preparation areas.
Although we may make reasonable efforts to accommodate certain requests, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergens or cross-contact.
Customers with severe food allergies should contact us before placing an order.
It is the customer's responsibility to review available ingredient information and communicate allergies or dietary restrictions clearly.
Catering and Special Orders
Catering, large orders, custom orders, private events, and special requests may be subject to separate pricing, deposits, minimum order requirements, deadlines, cancellation terms, and service agreements.
A catering or special order may not be considered confirmed until any required deposit or payment has been received.
Additional terms provided in a catering proposal, invoice, contract, or written agreement will apply to that order.

Because Entwined Kitchen sells food and other perishable products, all sales may be considered final once preparation has begun unless otherwise stated.
